Budimex gets seven real estate Oscars
Seven investments, for which Budimex was a general contractor, received the "Construction of the Year 2021" awards known also as real estate Oscars. The Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians awarded the best construction sites in Poland in terms of engineering, completed in 2021.
The investments that received awards are PKN Orlen Research and Development Center in Płock, Siberian Memorial Museum in Białystok, "ZASPA VVITA" in Gdańsk, Wiślany Mokotów estate (stage 5), Second Degree Award for Mińska 69, stage Olimpic in Warsaw, NIEMENA multi-family residential building in Poznań, and Fredry 6 investment in Krakow (stage 2).
The Construction of the Year is awarded to the 45 best construction sites in Poland. A jury assesses the quality of works, construction organization and its implementation time, technical and technological solutions, work health and safety, the course of investment financing, and construction costs.
