Budimex Nieruchomości with 1,655 apartments sold in 2019
WSE-listed Spanish-owned developer Budimex Nieruchomości pre-sold 1,655 apartments (excluding reservations) and sold 1,534 apartments in notary in 2019, while the year before it had 1,208 pre-sold apartments and 1,672 notary apartments.
"In addition, during 2019, the group's companies purchased land for future development projects worth PLN 43 million (in 2018: PLN 204 million),” the release complemented.
In 2019, the Budimex development segment had PLN 557.81 million in revenues and PLN 97.06 million in net profit.
