Capital Park pleased with ArtN commercialization

Developer and investor Capital Park has revealed that its ongoing ArtN mixed-use project in Warsaw is now – two years ahead of its completion scheduled for mid-2021 – already almost 40 percent leased out. The scheme is being developed in the city’s Wola district and will entail the redevelopment and revitalization of the historic, post-industrial Norblin site. It will offer more than 66,000 sqm of commercial space, including 40,000 sqm of office space and over 26,000 sqm of retail, service, entertainment and cultural areas. Office tenants of the development will include co-working space operator rent24 (4,000 sqm) and serviced office space operator City Office (1,800 sqm). The remaining areas will be occupied by such tenants as boutique cinema operator OH KINO (3,300 sqm) and organic food market BioBazar (1,800 sqm).
