Capital Park signs preliminary agreement for sale of shares in Polski Hak
Capital Park signed a preliminary agreement on October 15 to sell all its shares in Polski Hak, a company tied to a 1.3-hectare development site at the confluence of the Motława and Martwa Wisła rivers in Gdańsk. The buyer and sale price have not been disclosed. The agreed advance will exceed PLN 19.749 mln. Capital Park had planned four eight-story buildings with about 300 apartments, retail and service space, and a public waterfront promenade.
It is unclear whether the buyer will proceed with the plan. Capital Park will redeem all Series A bonds early on November 4, 2026, paying principal and interest without an early-redemption premium.
