Carrefour to expand Sochaczew retail park
Retailer Carrefour Polska, the owner and manager of the Sonata Park retail park in Sochaczew in central Poland, plans to expand the property by an additional 4,300 sqm. Completed in 2014 and currently totaling over 11,000 sqm of space, Sonata Park is the biggest retail park in the company’s portfolio. Its occupiers include a Carrefour hypermarket, as well as stores of such retailers as H&M, Reserved, Empik and Smyk. Construction work on and the commercialization of the new part of Sonata Park is to launch by the end of this year.
