Buyers of apartments in the Tri-City can count on double-digit discounts, while in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław discounts are lower, and in Łódź and Kraków, there are no discounts at all, CBRE reported.
In their analysis, CBRE experts compared data on the sale of apartments on the primary market. Offer prices of flats sold analyzed by Rednet Consulting were compared with transaction prices published quarterly by the National Bank of Poland (NBP).
The CBRE analysis shows that in Warsaw in the third quarter, the average offer price of sold apartments was PLN 13,286 per square meter, according to Rednet Consulting.
