Due to the dynamic development of CBRE in the capital of Silesia, the company decided to change its office to Global Office Park, one of the largest multifunctional projects in the region. The new headquarters of the company will have 154 sqm, with places for 30 employees of the branch.

"The Silesian real estate market has enormous potential in each of the segments. It is one of the regions where the most warehouses are currently under construction, a great place for a modern office, as well as the development of trade, including the recently popular retail parks. In response to the market's needs, we are increasing employment. Global Office Park is one of the most modern, multi-functional facilities in the city, located in a great location in the very center of Katowice. I am convinced that its advantages will be appreciated by both our employees and clients. companies and a place where employees will meet customers. That is why we opted for a customer-focused space," Tomasz Chojnacki, head of the Katowice region at CBRE, said.

The new CBRE office will be located in building C of the Global Office Park complex, developed by the developer Cavatina. The whole is located at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets and has approx. 90,000 sqm of space. The complex consists of two office towers and one residential tower.
