CBRE strengthens internal structures

The consulting company CBRE strengthens its structures in the Real Estate Portfolio Management and Investment Land departments. Grzegorz Szymański and Agnieszka Jankowska appointed to new positions will be responsible for the development of these areas.
“Both our Investment Department and Real Estate Portfolio Management are developing very dynamically in our company. We decided to support these areas with great specialists, such as Agnieszka and Grzegorz, who have been associated with our company for years. In her new role, Agnieszka will be responsible, inter alia, for the integration of developers, banks, investment funds with landowners, as well as for the development of CBRE in the area of the Data Center market. As the new head of Portfolio Management, Grzegorz will be responsible for managing activities, thanks to which our clients enjoy maximum efficiency and sustainable profits from their real estate. I wish both of you a lot of success and I believe that they will be great in the tasks entrusted to them,” Daniel Bienias, Managing Director of CBRE in Poland, said.
Agnieszka Jankowska was previously the head of the Portfolio Management team in CBRE and the Market Unit Leader for the region of Central and Eastern Europe. As part of the change in internal structures, Agnieszka, who specializes in the real estate sale and purchase processes, has been responsible since the beginning of this year for the development of services and the Land Investment Department at CBRE throughout the country. Agnieszka is also responsible for the development of CBRE consulting services in the Data Center sector.
Grzegorz Szymański will be the new head of the Portfolio Management department at CBRE.
