CBRE strengthens warehouse department
Aleksander Kuźniewski has joined the warehousing and industrial space department of CBRE, a consulting firm. He will take on the role of the director responsible for business development in western and northern Poland. Aleksander returns to CBRE, having previously been with the company for nine years. For the last two years, he was the director of leasing and business development at 7R.
"We are intensively active in the warehouse and industrial market, supporting our clients. Particularly noteworthy is the region of western and northern Poland, where warehouse space is increasing and tenants are constantly looking for development opportunities in these regions. Aleksander's return to CBRE, with his new experience from working with one of the largest warehouse developers in Poland, will be a very big added value to our team," Beata Hryniewska, head of the warehouse and industrial space at CBRE, said.
Aleksander Kuźniewski will take on the role of director in the warehouse and industrial space department, where he will be responsible for coordinating the work of a team of consultants in the northern and western Polish regions.
