CBRE has been selected as the sole agent for the commercialization process of the Mogilska 35 Office building, a new Warimpex investment located in the center of Kraków. The total leasable area is approximately 11,000 sqm. The planned date of the investment is the first half of 2023.

Mogilska 35 Office is a modern A-class office building with a retail and service area on the ground floor and terraces on the top floors. It is located close to the very center of Kraków.

The building consists of six office floors, and there are commercial and service premises on the ground floor. In the office part, the floor space varies on individual levels and ranges from 1,200 sqm up to 1,900 sqm, which allows great flexibility in the arrangement and effective use of space by future tenants. The project uses a number of environmentally friendly solutions that will be subject to ecological BREAAM certification. The building has 264 parking spaces spread over two levels and 70 bicycle spaces with changing rooms and showers.
