Ghelamco Poland, developer, and owner of Warsaw UNIT, one of the most prestigious office buildings in Warsaw, chose CBRE as the building manager. CBRE will be one of the main tenants of the building and will also manage the property, which will welcome the first tenants in June.

Warsaw UNIT is being built in the heart of the new business center of Warsaw - at the Daszyńskiego roundabout. The 202 m high facility will accommodate 57,000 sqm of modern office space on 45 floors and the first tenants will be welcomed in June. The building is the first skyscraper in Poland to apply for the WELL certificate in the latest v2 Core version.

"We are proud of the trust that Ghelamco has placed in us by entrusting us with the management of its flagship project in Warsaw. It is all the more important for us as we, as tenants, know the specificity of the building perfectly. reduce the carbon footprint in the real estate industry as much as possible," Piotr Karpiński, head of the property management department at CBRE, said.

The uniqueness of the project will be its architecture, referring to the modernist heritage enriched with innovative solutions. The skyscraper's podium will be covered with a kinetic Dragon Skin façade consisting of thousands of movable tiles. It will visibly react to every gust of wind, creating on its surface unique images modeled by the forces of nature.

On the ground floor of the skyscraper, there will be space for service and food outlets accessible from the street level. The building will also include a multi-story garage for over 450 cars, as well as infrastructure for cyclists: bicycle parking, changing rooms, and showers.
