The new network of serviced offices, which will start operating under the Chillispaces brand, will have a portfolio of 11 locations in five Polish cities with a total area of over 24,000 sqm at the turn of 2020/2021. It’s the Rise.pl, a Polish operator of flexible office spaces,  who is responsible for the new brand.

“In the fourth quarter of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021, four more Chillispaces serviced offices are to be opened in Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Rzeszów and Gdańsk.The company currently manages seven locations in Kraków with a total area of over 14,000 sqm, over 2,200 workstations and 57 conference rooms. The tenants of space in the company's offices, apart from young Polish startups, include PepsiCo, Savills, and global leaders in the technology, business consulting, and business software industries are also identified.

At the beginning of August this year. Rise has announced the start of the rebranding process of its current offices at Chillispaces. The introduction of the new brand is an important stage in the development of the company's portfolio, which at the turn of the year plans to expand its operations to locations in northern and central Poland.

“We feel that our knowledge and practice of flexible cooperation with clients is a huge capital. We want to move it to new locations where the flex market is still not saturated and offers new development opportunities," Robert Jarząbek, co-owner of Chillispaces and Rise, said.
