Colliers International experts to share their knowledge with students in Kraków
Colliers International continues cooperation with the Kraków Business School of the Kraków University of Economics in the field of creating post-graduate studies in real estate appraisal. As in the previous year, three experts from a consulting company – Alicja Zajler MRICS, Monika Bronicka MRICS and Paulina Plewka – will be lecturers at the Małopolska university.
The field of study includes education in law, economics, technical knowledge, property valuation and the real estate market. The study program will enable students to obtain extensive knowledge and practical skills in the field of real estate appraisal, appraisal of machinery and equipment, limited property rights and appraisal of business entities. The study supervisor is prof. UEK dr hab. Bartłomiej Marona from the Department of Real Estate Economics and Investment Process at the Kraków University of Economics.
