Colliers to commercialize React in Łódź
Colliers, a leading consulting company on the commercial real estate and investment management market, has become the sole advisor responsible for the commercialization of the completed React office building located at al. Piłsudskiego 24 in Łódź. The investment was realized by Echo Investment.
React offers 15,000 sqm of office space. A specialist medical facility ENEL-MED is already operating in the building, and the ChilliSpaces React coworking office by Rise will soon open.
