The ByMade Group has chosen the general contractor for the Legnicka 60C building. Main works have just begun at the construction site. The intimate building designed by renowned architects will contain 129 multi-functional investment premises.

Legnicka 60C is 7-storey building with investment micro apartments ranging in size from 16-30 sqm. It will also include: reception, remote work area, restaurant and roof terrace. Parking spaces will be created in front of the building. Construction began in June and will last until the end of 2021. The general contractor is Olejnik Inwestycje.

 Legnicka 60C is being built near the very center of the city, next to the Magnolia Park shopping center, in the heart of the so-called western business zone, where there are several dozen office buildings with tens of thousands of jobs. Nearby are universities, shops, restaurants, entertainment places and cultural institutions. Public transport stops are located right next to the building.

"This location creates unlimited rental possibilities, which is very important for investors and secures the risk of loss of rental liquidity and a decrease in the value of real estate over time," Michał Płoucha from the ByMade group, emphasized or which Legnicka 60C is the premiere project in Wrocław.

The micro apartments are treated as: apartments, hotel rooms, remote work offices, design studios or student rooms.
