Construction on Góraszka's Project in Warsaw is underway
Construction has begun on underground infrastructure for the Góraszka project near Warsaw, marking the first stage of a major mixed-use development. The works, expected to last about six months and finish in September 2026, will prepare the site for future buildings, including a Leroy Merlin store and a larger retail and service complex.
The project includes installation of drainage, water, sewage, gas, electricity, and telecom networks, as well as removal of old infrastructure. This phase is a key milestone enabling further development.
In later stages, the investment will expand into a large commercial area with shops, dining, and road infrastructure. The project follows sustainability standards and has already received BREEAM Communities certification.
