Cordia International entitled to take control of Polnord
President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) gave permission for Hungarian developer Cordia International to take control of Polish company Polnord.
On 20 December 2019, Polnord announced that it has decided to start negotiations and approve due diligence by Cordia – a potential investor.
Polnord operates on the construction and development market in Poland. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999.
In 2018, it sold 836 premises.
