Corporate Debt Fund Rentier FIZ to go public by end of 2019

The Corporate Debt Fund Rentier FIZ is preparing to list on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by the end of 2019, Puls Biznesu reported.  According to the prospectus, received by the Polish financial supervisory authority in June, Rentier FIZ may raise PLN 2.8 billion. In real terms, the amount is rather PLN 300-500 million, Puls Biznesu said. People involved in the fund's activity declined to comment.

"We can't disclose the minimum threshold, as this will be a part of the public offer," said Rafał Lis, managing partner at CVI House Brokerage, co-managing fund.
