Largest owner of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), takes over management in another office building belonging to the group's portfolio - Equator I.
Transition to the proprietary management model in owned office properties in Warsaw is one of the key elements of the CPIPG strategy in Poland. From March 2020 the group took over property management in 11 of its 13 office buildings in the capital. Thus, CPIPG finalizes the implementation of the assumed goal. The acquisition of management in Equator I also completes the process of changing the management model in the investments belonging to the Group's portfolio, located in the Aleje Jerozolimskie corridor: Eurocentrum Office Complex, Equator I, Equator II and Equator IV, with a total GLA area of 148,500 sqm.
Equator I was commissioned in 2008. The office building has over 19,500 sqm of class A office space, located on 15 floors and a commercial and service space. The building has a BREEAM in use certificate at the Very Good level. The purchase transaction of the Equator I building was finalized in March 2020.
