Cushman & Wakefield to manage Nowogrodzka Square

The international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield won a double mandate for management and asset management of the new acquisition of the French investment manager Amundi Real Estate - Nowogrodzka Square.
Built by the French developer Yareal, Nowogrodzka Square, is the first office building in Poland purchased by Amundi Real Estate. This is a seven-storey A-class office building with an area of 11,000 sqm.
From April 15, 2020, Cushman & Wakefield acts as the manager and asset manager in the investment.
“Nowogrodzka Square is a unique investment on the office map of Warsaw, both due to its prestigious location and ecological solutions it offers. The building has a Breeam certificate with an Excellent rating - in the New Construction category,” Grzegorz Dyląg, Head of Asset Services Business Space in the Property Management Department, Cushman & Wakefield, said.
He added that, in this investment, Cushman & Wakefield not only provides a full package of property management services, but also supervise administrative, operational, financial and technical activities at the facility as well.
