Develia offers 128 units as part of the Kaskady Różanki investment
Develia has started selling 128 apartments as part of the Kaskady Różanki investment in Wrocław, the company said. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2022. Prices start from PLN 8,499 gross per 1 sqm.
As part of the 6-story investment, a total of 128 apartments of various sizes will be built. In the basement of the building, there will also be commercial space for shops and service points.
“The new Develia investment is a proposal for those who care about peace and quiet without giving up the comforts of urban infrastructure and moving to the outskirts. The excellent location close to the banks of the Odra River, on the Różanka River, means that investment buyers looking for attractive real estate for rent may also be interested in apartments in this project," Andrzej Oślizło, president of Develia, said.
Develia controls a group of special-purpose development companies carrying out residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2007. In 2020, it sold 1,361 residential and commercial premises.
