From mid-July this year, Dmitry Gavrylenko will join JLL Poland, a leader in real estate advisory in the country. As Head of Capital Markets Poland, he will strengthen the company's offer in capital markets. Dmitry was already associated with JLL, having managed the company's Ukrainian office from 2016 to 2019.

"Dmitri's extensive experience and transaction efficiency will be key to strengthening our offer in Poland’s capital markets. Supporting capital raising and allocation through comprehensive corporate finance services is one of the main elements of our new strategy. I am convinced that by leading the team's development, Dmitry will become a trusted advisor to our local clients while maintaining excellent relationships with international investors and the Ukrainian investment base," Mateusz Bonca, CEO, JLL Poland, emphasized.

"I am excited to take on this new role and the prospect of leading the capital markets business in Poland and delivering exceptional results for our clients. I look forward to developing my partnership with the entire team to effectively continue solidifying JLL's position as a leading capital markets advisor in Poland," Dmitry Gavrylenko, the new Head of Capital Markets Poland, JLL Poland, added.
