Poland’s largest residential developer, Dom Development, achieved a record sales result in 2025, benefiting from interest-rate cuts and strong cash demand. According to RynekPierwotny.pl, developers sold 49,500 new apartments in Poland’s seven largest cities, up 8% y/y. Dom Development accounted for nearly one in ten of these sales, delivering a record 4,448 units. Six interest-rate cuts totaling 1.75 percentage points, combined with rising wages, significantly improved buyers’ creditworthiness, while cash purchases made up 42% of the company’s sales.

Despite stronger demand, overall supply remained constrained, as new project launches in 2025 were about 20% lower than a year earlier, potentially encouraging further consolidation in the development sector.
