Dom Development, the leader of the development market in Poland, has introduced a new version of the investment at ul. Ceramiczna in Warsaw. The project is located in the heart of the Tarchomin district of Warsaw, in the vicinity of a rich urban infrastructure, near the Vistula River and green areas. As part of the first stage, 188 apartments will be built in two 5-story buildings. The handover of the keys is planned for the beginning of 2023. Osiedle Ceramiczna is being developed for the benefit of the Warsaw Housing Cooperative, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.

Families with children will appreciate the vicinity of modern educational institutions (Primary School No. 355 and Kindergarten No. 430), and shopping enthusiasts will benefit from the rich offer of the nearby Galeria Północna and several supermarkets.

Two 5-story buildings will house 188 apartments with areas ranging from 28-111 sqm. Most of them will be functional, 2-room apartments with an area of approx. 42 sqm. All of them will have balconies, terraces, or loggias, some of which will be located on the roofs of buildings.
