Dom Development thinking of expanding into another city this year
Dom Development strengthened its position as Poland’s leading residential developer, selling 4,445 units and delivering 4,228 in 2025. The company reported net profit of PLN 654 million, revenue of PLN 3.25 billion, and a 34% gross margin, with revenue up nearly 3% y/y. Demand rebounded due to lower interest rates, with mortgage buyers accounting for 56% of purchases. The firm operates in Warsaw, Tricity, Kraków, and Wrocław, and aims to reach annual sales of 5,000 units within a few years. It plans expansion into a new city, likely outside oversupplied markets like Łódź and Katowice.
Analysts expect further growth, though market conditions are stabilizing and sentiment remains moderate.
