DTL moves into Hillwood Marki park
DTL International, a provider of network marketing services, has leased 1,650 sqm of warehouse space and 120 sqm of office area at the Hillwood Marki logistics park in Marki near Warsaw and has moved into the property. Cresa Polska represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The Hillwood Marki park is located near the S8 expressway, some 20 kilometers east from the center of the Polish capital, and will comprise around 94,000 sqm at full build-out with Hillwood now planning a new 21,000-sqm building there.
