Elektrotim signs conditional agreement for sale of real estate in Wrocław
Elektrotim concluded a conditional agreement on the sale of the perpetual usufruct right to land, together with the ownership right to buildings erected therein, located in Wrocław at Stargardzka Street with a total area of 1.841 ha, the company announced in a press release. The price was set at PLN 13.5 million.
The sale of the real estate will be made provided that the Mayor of Wrocław does not exercise the pre-emption right of the Wrocław Commune regarding the right of perpetual usufruct of undeveloped plots and that together with the agreement on the transfer of the right of perpetual usufruct, a property lease agreement will be concluded.
