WBJ: What is Euromarina, and how would you describe the company today?
Patricia Quesada: Euromarina is a family-owned property developer, construction company, and land management specialist based in Ciudad Quesada, Alicante. Since 1972, our family has been linked to the development of residential areas on Spain’s Mediterranean coast, especially on the Costa Blanca and the Costa Cálida.
Euromarina combines tradition, experience, and a very clear international vision. We don’t simply build properties; we create homes for people who are looking for security, quality of life, and a long-term connection with the Mediterranean lifestyle.
What has defined Euromarina’s journey over the years?
Euromarina has always created residential environments. For us, a home must be surrounded by services, infrastructure, leisure options, healthcare, gastronomy, and community life.
We’ve built more than 30,000 homes for clients from more than 80 countries. That international experience has shaped the way we work. We understand that foreign buyers need clarity, reliable assistance, and a property that fits their lifestyle, whether they want to live in Spain year- round, enjoy holidays by the sea, or invest in a Mediterranean destination.
What responsibilities does Euromarina assume as a developer?
For us, responsibility begins long before a client chooses a home. It starts with selecting the right locations, planning residential areas, coordinating technical teams, controlling construction quality, and ensuring transparency.
It continues after the sale. Continuity defines Euromarina. We accompany our clients from the first inquiry to key handover and after-sales support. This matters for international buyers because buying abroad is financial, emotional, and personal.
Why does Spain remain so attractive to foreign buyers?
Spain offers a special combination within Europe: climate, lifestyle, infrastructure, safety, healthcare, connectivity, and international appeal. For many European buyers, a property in Spain is no longer seen only as a holiday home.
It can be a permanent residence, a second home, a place for remote working, a family retreat, or a long-term investment. This versatility keeps Spain attractive.

Why should Polish buyers consider the Costa Blanca and the Costa Cálida?
The Costa Blanca and the Costa Cálida offer an excellent balance between lifestyle, services, and investment potential. Buyers can enjoy the Mediterranean climate, golf, beaches, marinas, gastronomy, nature, and international communities, with strong connections through Alicante and Murcia airports.
These areas are ideal not only for summer holidays, but also for year-round living. This matters for Polish buyers looking for a second residence, a future EU relocation option, or a property with long-term value.
What type of properties does Euromarina currently offer?
Our portfolio includes new-build apartments, penthouses, and villas in established and emerging Mediterranean locations.
Projects such as Amara Maris, in La Manga del Mar Menor, offer an exclusive coastal setting for buyers who value proximity to the sea and open views. Iconic, our residential development in Los Alcázares, reflects a contemporary concept of Mediterranean living, with terraces, communal areas, a swimming pool, parking, and high-quality finishes.
We also offer villas for clients seeking privacy, outdoor space, swimming pools, and a more exclusive residential experience. In general, our homes are designed for different lifestyles: year-round living in Spain, holidays by the Mediterranean, and solid real estate investment.
What should foreign buyers know about the property purchase process in Spain?
European Union citizens, including Polish buyers, can purchase property in Spain through a well-established and secure process. It usually includes selecting the property, making a reservation, obtaining an NIE, signing a private purchase agreement, managing payments, taxes, and legal documentation, and completing the purchase before a notary. Afterward, the property is registered with the Land Registry.
We always recommend appropriate legal and tax advice. At the same time, Euromarina accompanies clients throughout the process, coordinating the necessary steps before, during, and after the purchase.
How important is local support for Polish clients?
It is essential. Buying a property abroad is an important decision, whether the client is looking for a home, a holiday residence, or an investment opportunity. Buyers need clear communication and someone who understands their language, expectations, and concerns.
That is why Euromarina has an official representative in Poland: Beata Iwona Graczyk. She provides direct support to Polish buyers, agents, and partners, offering information about our properties, availability, prices, and the purchase process.
What message would you give to Polish executives and investors considering Spain?
Spain should be seen as much more than a tourist destination. A home on the Mediterranean can be a strategic lifestyle asset: a place to live, spend holidays, work remotely, invest, retire, or share with family.
For us, the most important thing is to offer confidence. With more than 50 years of experience, a family-owned structure, and a strong portfolio of homes, Euromarina gives Polish buyers the reassurance of working with an established developer that understands international clients and accompanies them from the first inquiry to key handover.
