European coliving platform makes home in Poland

Coliving lifestyle platform Vonder has already gained first tenants in the UpRiver building at ul. Solec.
“We are currently working on four facilities in Warsaw. In addition to the apartment building in Powiśle, we are preparing a tower in Wola - Sky Reach and a building at ul. Dubois. The details of the fourth are still being analyzed,” Tomer Bercoviz, CEO of Vonder Europe, said.
The company currently operates 35 locations in Berlin, London, Warsaw, and Barcelona. During this time, the brand has won over 50,000 tenants from over 128 cities.
“The most interesting is that over 78 percent of Vonder community members again took advantage of the brand's offer in the next city after moving. In turn, 72 percent of them have decided to extend the rental of an apartment in our coliving,” Bercoviz added.
The average age of Vonder tenants is 28 years. They stay in the brand's facilities for an average of 9.5 months.
"We can boast of 96% occupancy of our facilities," emphasized Tomer Bercoviz.
