Company Cubic Services Ltd., an entity registered in Victoria, in the Republic of Seychelles, and operating under the Global Markets trademark, was entered on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on Tuesday. Global Markets is a contract for difference (CFD) operator that provides trading services on Forex, Commodities, Stocks and Indices.
According to the Commission's communication, the notification concerns the suspicion of committing an offense under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (conducting business in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization).
As stated, the Chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority joined the proceedings initiated by another entity. The proceedings are conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
The list of warnings kept by the KNF is a set of entities against which the Commission reports a suspicion of a crime. The purpose of the public alert list is to alert the public and economic operators to the need to be more careful when interacting with these entities.
