First public issue of Michael / Ström Corporate Bonds FIZ launched

On April 12, 2021, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority issued a permit from Michael / Ström Corporate Bonds FIZ to offer investment certificates by way of a public offering and to admit investment certificates to trading on the Stock Exchange. On April 27, 2021, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange admitted M / S OK FIZ to stock-exchange trading and thus the fund became public.

The prospectus provides for 10 issues of investment certificates in the period from April 2021 to January 2022 and the acquisition of up to PLN 200 million.

Michael / Ström Corporate Bonds FIZ is a public closed-end investment fund focused on the corporate bond market. The fund's strategy is to outperform bank deposits by investing in corporate debt securities. The value of the Fund's assets exceeds PLN 100 million. The fund invests in bonds offered to a wide range of investors, and the share in a single issue may not exceed 15 percent.
