Bouygues Immobilier Polska makes its debut at the seaside. Will implement a high-class project in Gdynia. The developer belongs to the group that built, among others Channel Tunnel and Stade de France.
The French company Bouygues Immobilier is part of the Bouygues Group, with nearly 70 years of tradition. They include, among others Colas, the world's largest contractor for road investments, Alstom, an international concern from the transport and energy industries, as well as Bouygues Construction, a company that implements huge infrastructure investments around the world, including airports, bridges, highways, metro tunnels, railway stations, sports facilities. Companies from the Bouygues Group have built, among others the building of the European Parliament, the Stade de France stadium, or the tunnel under the English Channel.
Bouygues Immobilier focuses on residential construction. It has been operating since 1956 and is one of the leading developers in Europe. The company is firmly established in our country. The Polish branch of Bouygues Immobilier has been operating since 2001. So far, it has completed 55 investments in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań, commissioning a total of 7,900 apartments and commercial premises. Now it is planning the first project in the Tri-City.
