Intensive work is underway in Kowale in Wrocław to complete the Perspective estate, 13 cozy buildings in the style of city villas with gardens. The first residents will receive the keys in summer.
"The entire investment is currently in a closed shell. We are carrying out facade works on half of the buildings, and most of the villas are already plastered. Work-related to the floors is also progressing. At the beginning of December, we are also starting the development of the estate," Cezary Grabowski, sales and marketing director Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.
By the end of the second quarter of 2022, as many as 169 new comfortable apartments will be built. The villas will have three floors. Each of them will house 12-16 apartments ranging in size 28-85 sqm and the number of rooms from 1 to 4. The apartments on the ground floor have gardens and the apartments above – balconies. Residents will also have storage rooms and rooms for bicycles at their disposal. 171 cars will park in the garage.
