Futureal acquires Warsaw office building
Investor and developer Futureal has bought the Antares office building in Warsaw. The company plans to modernize and reposition the building with Cushman & Wakefield having been appointed as the exclusive agent for the property. Antares is located on ul. Marynarska in the Służewiec business area in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital, opposite the Galeria Mokotów shopping mall. The 16-year-old building comprises 9,400 sqm of leasable space.
