Galeria Chełm mall with bank financing
Investors Acteeum Group and Equilis Poland have secured €21 million in bank financing from mBank for their Galeria Chełm shopping center project in Chełm in eastern Poland. The scheme will comprise 17,500 sqm of leasable space and is currently more than 85 percent commercialized. Its tenants will include Lidl, CCC, Smyk, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD and Martes Sport. The grand opening of the development has been scheduled for the first quarter of next year.
