Ghelamco announces changes in the Polish management

Ghelamco, a leading commercial real estate developer in Poland, has announced changes in the management of its Polish companies. As of April 14, 2023, the position of CEO was taken over by Paul Gheysens, owner and founder of Ghelamco, and the new managing director became Jarosław Zagórski, replacing Jeroen van der Toolen in this position. The management has also been expanded to include new members: Michael Gheysens, Marie-Julie Gheysens, Chris Heggerick, and Rafał Gierczak.
Jarosław Zagórski, who has been associated with the Belgian developer for over 16 years, became the new managing director of Ghelamco Poland. Previously, he served as the director of sales and development and a member of the management board. On April 14, 2023, he took over the duties of Jeroen van der Toolen, who resigned on the same day. Jarosław Zagórski will be responsible for the business strategy and overall operational activities of Ghelamco in Poland.
"I am pleased that such an experienced and excellent professional as Jarosław Zagórski, who knows our company and industry so well, will be at the helm of Ghelamco in Poland. The expanded management, including members of our family, will provide strong support for him and the company's activities. Thanks to these decisions, we are sure that Ghelamco's continued dynamic development and our position as a leader in the commercial real estate market will remain unshakeable," Paul Gheysens, CEO, owner, and founder of Ghelamco, commented.
"I would also like to thank Jeroen van der Toolen for over 21 years of our cooperation. It was a very intense and fruitful time for Ghelamco, during which we achieved great success in the Polish and Central European markets. The assumption of his duties by Jarosław is a natural step for us and the best solution from the point of view of the company's interests, allowing for the continuity of operations and business activities," Paul Gheysens added.
