Ghelamco Sells The Bridge
Belgian developer Ghelamco has begun negotiations for the sale of its Warsaw office complex comprising The Bridge and Bellona buildings — one of the newest and most prominent office developments in the city — according to PropertyNews.pl. The Bridge (47,000 sq m) was the largest new office delivery in Warsaw in 2025. A successful transaction would be one of the most significant office investment deals in Poland in recent years, at a time when Warsaw's vacancy rate has fallen to 9.1% — a five-year low — and demand for prime, ESG-certified space is intensifying. The buyer's identity has not been disclosed, but the deal is understood to have attracted interest from pan-European institutional investors.
