Ghelamco’s KREO office building in Krakow enters the final stage
The KREO office building, a project by Ghelamco in Krakow, is nearing completion, with the recent removal of scaffolding revealing stunning sandstone facades that pay homage to Krakow's rich architectural heritage. The construction site is now bustling with activity as paving and greenery planting works are underway,
KREO will provide future tenants with more than 24,000 square meters of state-of-the-art office space. The offices themselves will provide more than 2,700 square meters of floor space. Additionally, tenants will have access to a spacious green roof terrace, offering panoramic views of the Krakow skyline and the iconic Wawel Castle.
The building includes a dedicated parking lot capable of accommodating more than 70 bicycles, promoting eco-friendly commuting. For those who prefer driving, there are over 300 parking spaces available in the underground garage, as well as an additional 24 spaces conveniently located in front of the building.
Ghelamco will be the first developer in Central and Eastern Europe to certify its regional project under the SmartScore system. In addition, KREO will also be the first in Krakow to be evaluated for technological advancement by the WiredScore certification team.
