Globalworth completes €113 mln office acquisition
Real estate investor Globalworth has finalized its acquisition of the Retro Office House building in Wrocław and the Silesia Star complex in Katowice from developer LC Corp for a total of over €113 million. The properties offer a combined more than 50,000 sqm of office space, which is currently almost fully commercialized. After the latest acquisition, the Polish portfolio of Globalworth consists of 21 office and mixed-use assets. They together comprise over 560,000 sqm of leasable area.
