Golub sells Warsaw skyscraper project
Developer Golub GetHouse has found a buyer for a residential skyscraper project, which it plans to build on ul. Grzybowska in the Wola district of Warsaw. The 170-meter scheme, which will comprise approximately 900 rental apartments, has been acquired by investor and manager LRC Group with the value of the transaction not having been revealed. The planned development is now being designed by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio and is expected to get under construction in late 2020 or in early 2021.
