Goodman expanding Poznań logistics park
Developer Goodman is now working on a new 19,000-sqm building within its Goodman Poznań IV Airport Logistics Centre in western Poland, which is scheduled to be completed in October. Construction company Goldbeck is the general contractor of the project. The scheme has already got the first tenant – medical equipment producer Lina Medical, which has been a tenant of the Goodman Poznań IV Airport Logistics Centre park for some time now, has leased an additional 6,400 sqm there.
