Government approves draft "First Apartment" program – Morawiecki
The government on Tuesday approved a draft of the "First Apartment" program, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said at a conference.
The "First Apartment" program provides, among other things, a mortgage loan with an interest rate of 2% for people under 45 years of age purchasing their first apartment and a special savings account for housing purposes.
According to the government statement, the program will take effect on July 1, 2023.
