Globe Trade Center (GTC) has signed a EUR 115 million contract with international investors for joint investment in Kildare Innovation Campus in Ireland, the company said.
Kildare Innovation Campus consists of nine buildings and covers an area of more than 72.4 ha. Currently, the campus generates an annual rental income of approximately EUR 6.26 million per year. There are plans to convert the project into a life sciences and technology campus with a total area of approximately 135,000 square meters. Under the contract, GTC will acquire a 25% stake in the venture through investment in debt securities issued by a Luxembourg SPV.
GTC Group is an investor and developer operating in the real estate market, focusing on Poland and the capitals of Central and Eastern Europe. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2004.
