Guard Hall in Warsaw to be renovated by CBR Events and manage for 30 years
Warsaw has signed a public-private partnership agreement with CBR Events to renovate the historic Hala Gwardii, transforming it into a modern food hall inspired by venues in Italy and Spain. The private investor will fund the PLN 97.4 million renovation and manage the facility for 30 years, until 2055. The reopened venue, scheduled for March 2028, will combine a market with small restaurants, exhibition space, a children’s zone, a boxing studio, and a small cinema.
The total area will reach about 9,000 sqm, including underground levels. The project also includes redevelopment of the nearby square and construction of an underground parking garage, with full completion expected by 2029.
