Hampton submits application to UOKiK to take exclusive control over Murapol
Hampton, controlled by Maciej Dyjas and Nebil Senman, has applied to UOKiK for approval to take full control of Murapol. Hampton currently holds 16.9 percent of Murapol shares and plans to increase its stake, signaling a long term investment strategy.
Following the announcement, Murapol’s share price rose by about 11 percent, reflecting investor expectations of a possible takeover offer.
The company sells apartments to individuals and institutional rental funds and develops projects for the LifeSpot platform. In 2025, Murapol sold 2,856 units, slightly less than a year earlier, while continuing to expand its development activities.
