Hines acquires Zalando Lounge logistics center
Real estate company Hines has, acting on behalf of South Korean investors represented by IGIS Asset Management, acquired the Zalando Lounge distribution center located near Olsztynek in north-eastern Poland. Hines will be the asset and property manager of the built-to-suit center, which was completed in January this year. The property comprises 120,000 sqm of warehouse space, which is fully leased out to e-commerce company Zalando. The acquisition was financed by bank PKO BP.
