Bartłomiej Solik became – along with Maciej Wójcik – the second managing partner at TDJ Estate. In turn, Kamil Krępa was promoted to the position of Head of Leasing and Asset Management. Robert Rogowski has also joined the TDJ Estate Management Board as the Financial Director.

The new managing partner at TDJ Estate is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and the University of Silesia (Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as well as Valuation and Real Estate Management). He completed a series of CCIM training.

Bartłomiej Solik has been involved in the real estate market for several years. Gaining valuable professional experience, he worked for international developers, such as Reinhold and Panattoni, as well as for the Decathlon retail chain and Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, specializing in the construction and rental of warehouse and commercial space. He supervised investment processes from the moment of land purchase, through design stages, acquiring tenants, to putting the facilities into use. He was also responsible for monitoring the commercial real estate market. He has been associated with the TDJ Group since 2013.

In turn, Kamil Krępa – in his new role – will be responsible for managing the leasing team and supervising the work of specialists responsible for the management of commercial facilities and spaces in the TDJ Estate portfolio.
