IT industry in Hanza Tower

Thanks to putting into use a multifunctional building Hanza Tower, office and conference infrastructure of Szczecin increases by 3,000 sqm. The region's largest congress and exhibition center is an ideal environment for companies from many sectors. From the perspective of the 27th floor, the IT industry assesses the possibility of opening a business here.
On May 26, this year, the office interiors of Hanza Tower will be open for the representatives of IT companies associated with ICT West Pomerania Cluster. The meeting will take place on the 27th floor, almost in the clouds. The views of the city panorama and dishes prepared by Piotr Sierociński, the new chef of Hotel Dana restaurant, will surely favor networking and industry talks. The meeting will include a lecture on the topic of price indexation in contracts, which is extremely important for the IT industry, as well as a tour of the Congress and Exhibition Center and adjacent offices.
"We were looking for a place to hold a business breakfast style meeting for our cluster companies. Several of them are looking for office space, hence our idea to hold the meeting in an interesting office building with inspiring interiors," Dr. Magdalena Ławicka, Chief Operating Officer of ICT West Pomerania Cluster, which brings together more than 70 IT companies from across the region, said.
In the 104-meter tower, office premises occupy the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. On the 4th floor there are spaces from 113-149 sqm, on the others – large office units of about 600 sqm. Three underground floors are occupied by a parking lot for 403 cars and 120 bicycles.
