ITRA Polska grows on strong foundations
International Tenant Representation Polska continues its dynamic growth in the commercial real estate market and announces new team appointments. The Polish branch of ITRA Global – an organization exclusively representing tenants in offices, industrial and retail markets – will be supported by experienced professionals: Martyna Balcer and Łukasz Dreger.
“While establishing ITRA in Poland, I knew that to build a strong company in this competitive market, having experienced and trusted associates will be essential. I am delighted that my long-standing colleagues and business partners Martyna Balcer and Łukasz Dreger join me in this endeavor,” Artur Sutor, CEO, International Tenant Representation Polska, said.
Martyna Balcer has taken the position of Chief Operations Officer at ITRA Polska. She has 13 years of experience working in the real estate market. Łukasz Dreger is the Associate Director of the ITRA Polska office department. He has been involved in the commercial real estate sector for 18 years. In the coming weeks, ITRA Polska plans to expand its operations in regional cities such as Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
ITRA Global is one of the largest organizations dedicated to representing tenants and occupiers of commercial real estate.
