Just GYM to debut in Echo’s Warsaw scheme
Poznań-based fitness club operator Just GYM has leased almost 2,000 sqm at an office building that will be part of the Moje Miejsce mixed-use complex, which developer Echo Investment is now building in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. The company will open its first fitness club in the city at that building in the third quarter of this year with Colliers International having brokered the lease transaction. Moje Miejsce will consist of five residential buildings with 244 apartments and two office buildings with 34,000 sqm of space.
